iLOVEFRiDAY is a pop-rap duo comprised of Carrington Hyatt and Aqsa Malik, better known by their stage names Xeno Carr and SmokeHijabi. They are known for their songs "Mia Khalifa" and "Travel Ban".
Why They and Their Music Intentionally Miss
- They both have annoying nerve-wrecking voices. Their songs almost sound like competitions between the two to see who can sing/rap the worst.
- Their stage names just sound awful, unorthodox, and bizarre.
- Xeno Carr uses way too much autotune. He also is a discount Trippie Redd as he copies how he sings.
- SmokeHijabi is not following on the beat in "Travel Ban" and even in many of their songs.
- The production is horrendous on many of their songs with boring synths and 808s.
- Their music videos have no relevance to the songs and some don't even make sense.
- Their songs have no real meaning, just offensive edgy lyrics and rhymes that try to offend you in a bad way.
- Both of their EPs are horrendous, Mood being even more so than their self-titled EP.
- They made a childish diss track on Mia Khalifa over a tweet she didn't even make and the only reason anyone even believed she did was because it was a faked screenshot.[1]
- They also made a trash diss track on WoahhVicky for no reason.
- In almost all of their songs, they use the n-word at least once despite not being black.
Redeeming Qualities
- They're at least willing to try interesting things in their songs, even if they don't usually pay off.
- They do have some decent songs, most notably "Someone New". Some other good songs include "Molly" and "Fake Friends".
- Xeno can sometimes make an okay beat (ex: the aforementioned "Someone New").
- Sometimes Xeno does decent in some songs, but when he is decent in a certain song SmokeHijabi ruins it.
